Counseling can have various different benefits. It gives you the tools to change your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. You determine the nature and the amount of change you wish to make.

Play Therapy

Play therapy allows children to learn, discover, and process information in a way that is most comfortable and developmentally appropriate for them. Children enhance their self-confidence, connections, courage, and capabilities through play therapy.

Online Therapy

Online therapy is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. We want to take these positive thoughts and turn them into life changing actions. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. This will be conducted on Psychology Today’s HIPAA compliant platform.

Phone Sessions

Convenience is appreciated, especially when we have a full schedule. We can be stuck in traffic or between errands when a phone session would be the most useful option.
